Free visibility thanks to media partners
Advertising is a vital part of the picture also for non-profit organisations such as FAIRMED. With our advertisements, we aim to draw attention not only to the work of FAIRMED but also to show the importance of ensuring that impoverished people have access to basic health care.
Nevertheless, it is understandable that questions arise as to how NGO advertising campaigns are financed. Against this backdrop, we aim to be open and honest: Yes, we do use donations for the purposes of advertising. However, the largest portion by far is published free of charge thanks to the generous support that we receive. FAIRMED only uses 14 percent of its donations for advertising and fundraising. We strive to bring on board as many partners as possible who can place our ads at no cost. A major part of FAIRMED’s advertising is only possible thanks to the generous support of a range of media partners in print and TV.
